Love??
LOVE.
What exactly a love is?
“It is an art” says ancient archeology,” which could be
depicted on the walls.”
“It is a tapestry “,answers Father Booty.
For Gurudev it was something which was little not according
to the traditions of society. Which was unrequited, it was cast in earnest
longings, unending waitings, unspoken
words and hidden tears.
For some it is desire to be desired, to be cherished, to be
valued.
And some said that “people come to us in the cover of
darkness in order to relieve their growing tensions, to fulfill their
loneliness, to feed their dying need, to practice the art ,for relaxing their
bulging and growing erections by slamming hardly in us.”
“But that is not love. That’s business” said another.
There is a trendy love which has certain fixed rituals which
a couple follows; like going in a restaurant ,paying bills ,eating ice-cream
together ;going for a movie ;long phone calls ; talking about future, about
foods, friends ,sex, etc.
Love is something
which liberates you.
It elevates you to new heights. It gives you freedom, it
never binds you. Freedom to be the way you are, freedom of expressing your
thoughts without any hesitation; freedom to go wherever you want to, without
asking a single question ever. It changes you but always for better. It is not
bounded in any kind of rituals. It is not demanding. It does not want any kind
of material possessions, it wants you, it wants your presence.
But let me tell you this is only one aspect of love, not
complete love.
Then what exactly it is?
Do it is sacrifice, then??
It depends upon the point of view of people, the way they
want to see it.
For some sacrificing everything for their loved ones is
love.
For some eating ice-creams, sipping coconut-water with two
straws and single nut is love.
For some talking on phones, chatting for long hours is love.
For some giving a peck on others cheek is love.
Caring about the special ones, missing them, crying for them
when they are not with them, is love.
Love has got different definitions for different people. We
can’t bind this feeling with a specific definition.
Somebody said that if there is no demand, no want, no
insecurity, no complaints, no jealousy; then it’s not love.
So what is your definition of love??
God, sometimes I feel like SHE-Baba !!
